What is Flan?

1. 3/4 cup sugar.
2. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened.
3. 5 large eggs.
4. 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk.
5. 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk.
6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
7. put in oven on a double boiler
8. wait for it to cook and then eat

The flan taste very good the inside is soft and the top has a sweet taste almost like caramel. But together it is amazing.
